  • 8 rice paper sheets
  • 1 cup cooked vermicelli noodles
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 block firm tofu (or grilled chicken)
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Oil spray for air frying

Instructions

  1. Soak each rice paper sheet in warm water for about 10–15 seconds until soft.
  2. Place the softened sheet on a damp surface and add a small layer of vermicelli noodles, followed by veggies and tofu.
  3. Fold in the sides of the rice paper and roll tightly from the bottom like a burrito.
  4. Lightly brush or spray each roll with sesame oil.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Arrange rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  7. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve warm with dipping sauces such as sweet chili or soy garlic.
