Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, vegetable oil, buttermilk, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; stir until just combined.
  5. Divide batter among liners. Drizzle melted chocolate on top and swirl gently with a toothpick.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
