  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 8 cups powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

  • 20 Golden Oreos
  • 3.4 oz box strawberry Jello powder
  • 4 tablespoons butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cupcake pans with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, combine white cake mix, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together egg whites, vegetable oil, water, sour cream, and vanilla.
  4. Gradually combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. For frosting, beat softened butter and cream cheese until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and adjust consistency with heavy cream as needed.
