  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour for the crust
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cold water
