  • 750 g Brussels sprouts
  • 150 g turkey, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  2. Cook the turkey in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the halved Brussels sprouts for about 3 minutes until golden.
  4. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper; sauté for another minute.
  5. Pour in the stock and simmer for 4–5 minutes.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and let it thicken for a couple of minutes.
  7. Add parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until melted and creamy.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving topped with crispy turkey.
