  • 150 g pureed pumpkin
  • 120 g feta cheese
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 45 sage leaves
  • 0.5 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and fry the sage leaves for 1-2 minutes until crispy. Set aside.
  2. Combine Greek yogurt, pureed pumpkin, feta cheese, dried thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a blender. Blend in short pulses until smooth but fluffy.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a bowl; chill for about an hour if desired for firmer consistency.
  4. Garnish with crispy sage leaves, extra crumbled feta, a drizzle of olive oil, and fresh cracked black pepper.
  5. Serve with your choice of crackers, flatbread, or vegetable sticks.
