Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, melted butter, sugar, egg (or flax egg), and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
