  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 oz cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract, mixing well.

  4. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until creamy; mix in sugar, pumpkin puree, egg yolk, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
