  • 150 g smoked turkey strips
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 24 cloves garlic, minced
  • 300 ml chicken stock
  • 250 ml double cream
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear until golden brown on both sides.
  2. Add turkey strips and onion; sauté until onion is translucent.
