  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 3 tbsp cream cheese for filling
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup for filling
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract for filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together butter and egg until smooth.
  3. Add maple syrup and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine almond flour, oat flour, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Chill dough for about 10 minutes.
