  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, finely chopped
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 lemon (½ teaspoon zest and 1 tablespoon juice)
  • Fresh basil, for serving

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning.
