  • 1/2 Onion (chopped)
  • 3 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 2 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 large Turnip (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/3 cup Matchstick Carrots
  • 3 cups Coconut Milk
