  • 2 lb ground chuck
  • 1 lb small onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 oz can tomato sauce, divided
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground chuck, chopped onions, almond flour, cheddar cheese, eggs, half of the tomato sauce, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf on aluminum foil.
  4. Place the meatloaf in the air fryer basket and cook for about 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. For added flavor, mix remaining tomato sauce with additional mustard and Worcestershire sauce; brush over the meatloaf during the last few minutes of cooking.
