  • 2 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (cut in half lengthwise)
  • 1 1/2 cups Keto Marinara Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • Fresh Basil (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Layer chicken breasts at the bottom of your Crockpot; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour keto marinara sauce over the chicken.
  3. Cook on high for about 3½ hours until chicken is tender.
  4. In a pot, melt butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for one minute.
  5. Stir in heavy whipping cream and basil, simmer until thickened.
  6. Mix in parmesan cheese; pour over the chicken in the Crockpot and stir to combine.
  7. Cook on low for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and let melt before serving.
