  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/3 cup Keto Chocolate Chips
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 tbsp Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 5 tbsp Melted Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, Swerve brown sugar substitute, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla extract, almond milk, and melted butter. Blend until smooth.
  4. Fold in chopped pecans, keto chocolate chips, and coconut flakes.
  5. Line muffin tin with liners and fill each about two-thirds full with batter.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before drizzling with sugar-free caramel sauce and topping with whole pecan halves.
