  • 1 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • Sliced almonds
  • 5 pitted prunes (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Swerve brown sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dressing: In a mason jar, combine apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, Swerve brown sugar substitute, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Shake well and refrigerate.
