  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown and cooked through (6-8 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in honey and remaining pepper; simmer until slightly thickened (2-3 minutes).
  4. Return chicken to skillet and coat in honey pepper glaze.
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, bring heavy cream to a simmer. Gradually whisk in cheeses until melted and smooth; season with salt.
  6. Combine cooked macaroni with cheese sauce and fold in glazed chicken.
