  • 56 garlic cloves
  • 3 shallots (halved)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh basil
  • Sea salt and black pepper
