  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak: Combine garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub olive oil on the steak and coat it with the spice mixture. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the steak: Grill or skillet-cook the marinated steak for about 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness is reached. Allow resting before slicing.
  3. Sauté veggies: In the same skillet, sauté sliced bell peppers and onions until tender and slightly charred.
