  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons ginger paste
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 45 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • Teriyaki sauce (or Japanese BBQ sauce)
  • Fried rice

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak chunks with garlic, ginger paste, sesame oil, white pepper, and salt. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
