  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk (like oat milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill (divided)

Instructions

  1. Soak blanched almonds overnight in water or boil them for about 30 minutes to soften.
  2. Drain and rinse the soaked almonds. In a food processor, blend the almonds until they reach a grainy consistency.
  3. Add miso paste, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and turmeric to the processor. Blend until well combined.
  4. Pour in plant milk and half of the chopped dill; blend until smooth and thick. Adjust consistency with additional plant milk if desired.
