Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In one bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
  2. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add lemon zest and vanilla; mix in eggs one by one. Fold in sour cream and dry ingredients gently.
  3. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into cubes.
  4. Mix diced strawberries with sugar and let sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks; fold into cream cheese mixture.
