  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cornmeal
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl; adjust spice to taste.
  2. Drain and pat dry the dill pickle chips to prevent sogginess.
  3. Whisk together egg and milk in one bowl; in another bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, seasoned salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Dip each pickle chip into the egg mixture then coat with the flour-cornmeal mix.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange coated pickles in a single layer in the basket and lightly spray with cooking spray. Cook for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with Sriracha mayo on the side.
