  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add minced garlic and fresh spinach; cook until wilted.
