  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup green onion (chopped)
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded, divided)
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese (shredded, divided)

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken by boiling it in water for about 25 minutes until fully cooked. Let it cool before shredding.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, whisk together cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken, green onions, and one cup each of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan and top with the remaining cheeses.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
