  • 3 Cups Baby Carrots
  • 2 Cups Sliced Mushrooms
  • 2 Cups Beef Broth
  • 1 Cup Apple Vinegar (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 8 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
  • Minced Garlic, Salt, and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season short ribs with salt and pepper then brown each side in a skillet over medium heat for about 20 seconds.
