  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, green onions, red bell pepper, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
