  • 24 squares graham crackers
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 can (12oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup lemon juice

  2. Butter and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Crush graham crackers in a food processor with sugar and melted butter; press mixture into the bottom of the pan.
  4. Bake crust for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned; let cool completely.
  5. Whisk together sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks until smooth; add lemon juice and blend well.
  6. Pour filling over cooled crust and bake for another 15-20 minutes until set.
