  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • Spray cooking oil
  • Optional: 2-3 tablespoons finely chopped nuts or seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400º F and spray muffin tins with cooking oil.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a cutting board and cut into 12 equal squares per sheet.
  3. Place each square into the greased muffin tins.
  4. Freeze the brie cheese for 15 minutes, then cut it into 24 pieces.
  5. Place one piece of brie in each puff pastry cup and top with 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce. Add nuts or seeds if desired.
