  • smoked paprika
  • parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Let it rest before slicing.
