  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • For Garlic White Sauce: 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 4 cloves garlic (grated)
  • 1 tbsp za'atar spice
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, grated garlic, turmeric, cumin, black pepper, paprika, cinnamon, cardamom, and kosher salt. Add chicken thighs and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.
