  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed light)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp clear vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 1 egg yolk (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 cup Golden Oreo pieces
  • 1/4 cup Golden Oreo crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened butter with both sugars until fluffy. Add the vanilla extract, egg, and yolk; mix until combined.
  4. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Gently fold in sprinkles and Oreo pieces.
  5. Scoop large dough balls onto prepared sheets and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  6. Bake for 13-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Let cool on the sheet for five minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
