  • 2 heads cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp pepper (black or white)
  • 2 cups sharp white cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Boil water in a stockpot with 1 teaspoon of salt. Add cauliflower florets and cook for about 8 minutes until tender. Drain well.
  3. Prepare a 13×9 casserole dish by spraying with non-stick spray or greasing with butter. Spread the drained cauliflower evenly in the dish.
