  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage

  • 2 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced or sliced
  • Fresh chopped cilantro
  • Scallions
  • 1 batch healthy Greek yogurt ranch

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: In a slow cooker, combine chicken breasts with BBQ sauce. Cook on high for 2.5-3 hours until tender. Shred before serving.
