  • 32 oz packaged gnocchi (premade)
  • 23.5 oz jar Primal Kitchen No Dairy white grape juice Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (chopped)
  • optional: 1-2 handfuls fresh spinach leaves
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
