  • 120 g sour cream (room temperature)
  • 30 g vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ tsp freeze-dried raspberry powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 100 g butter (for frosting)
  • 165 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp whole milk (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
  2. Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy; add eggs one at a time.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
